Had a nice sloppy run. On schedule was 5km recovery run at 6:10 but felt too good. I ran a short easy run instead and enjoyed the autumnal atmosphere a lot.

Applications for the 2027 Chicago Marathon went live Thursday morning, three days before this year’s race. Runners now have until 2 p.m. on Oct. 29 to get their names in.
