Yesterday I was chuffed to do 6k, walk for 10 mins and do a further 2k. All very gently. I want to still be running at 70 and beyond. #runchat #outsideisfree #parkrun #runningpunks

Trail day in our run club. Route is the same as usual but people are different. Last 2 km are on streets, so we run there 3 x 3 x 10s sprints at 2:30 min/km.
I enjoyed that workout a lot.
