@beninchamonix.eurosky.socialPeak District; Bakewell - Whatstandwell run this morning. Got very lucky with the weather. No big navigational hiccups. Chippy stop in Cromford then had enough time to do 5km on the canal to Whatstandwell before the train came.

Had a nice sloppy run. On schedule was 5km recovery run at 6:10 but felt too good. I ran a short easy run instead and enjoyed the autumnal atmosphere a lot.

I did Storm the Day today. Ran sunrise to sundown. 2.5 mile loop. Got 34 miles, hoped for more, but heat ramped up to summertime temps.
Happy to have completed 2 ultras this tumultuous year.
