人力で引越しの重い荷物を運んで、電車で5往復くらいしたんだけど、さすがに帰宅後は倦怠感の嵐になるものの、ぐっすり眠れば翌日はまったくクラッシュを起こさなくなった。ただブレインフォグは少しあって思考のクオリティは低めになる。
