There's been considerable change since I was a RMO. We have better boundaries around shift length and night work But, like my generation, the mortgage needs payment. Overtime pays well, but it's not sleep friendly Long-Hauler drivers are the other group of interest
We have undertaken countless studies in Resident Medical Officers. Unfortunately, when given the chance to nap whilst a senior takes their role, they will catch up on paperwork rather than nap. We aren't good at following orders π€¦π»ββοΈπ

My apologies.... It's a reference from a movie Translation: those that respond think you're a genius. Reality: It was luck not much else. I'm a fan of probiotics. I don't foresee any obvious down sides. It seemed well tolerated. I'm not sure about cost. I would be personally interested in that π
I'm never keen to dismiss a therapy. This is a solid study undertaken by excellent people. It's good science
