Had a nice sloppy run. On schedule was 5km recovery run at 6:10 but felt too good. I ran a short easy run instead and enjoyed the autumnal atmosphere a lot.

I did Storm the Day today. Ran sunrise to sundown. 2.5 mile loop. Got 34 miles, hoped for more, but heat ramped up to summertime temps.
