#OnThisDay #OrkneyBirding ... a top find was the county's first Two-barred (Greenish) Warbler (ten years later the second was found just last week). Otherwise two Blue Tits in the North Isles are notable with other double-finds today being Mediterranean Gull, Shore Lark and Firecrest #rarebirds

Brilliant, Steph. Grey and white birds very much the norm up here from October onwards. Them that peep go down as tristis and them that don’t as collybita. Tristis also often on the ground.
