I've now been using #EliteHRV Morning Check-ins for 500 days!

Not sure when I started using #KubiosHRV but it's longer than that.

This morning is around Day 1250 of using #Visible_health for Morning Stability Readings.

I've collected a lot of data since 2023!

#LongCovid

This Sunday morning #EliteHRV suggests that my body is READY for the day ahead (10 out of 10) & that my PNS & SNS activity are in Balance.

#VisibleHealth check-in notes Stable & Improving.

#KubiosHRV also gives a good Readiness score.

This is because I'm #Pacing my life well.

I'm still unwell.

I've had #LongCovid for 4 years now.

I soon learnt to Pace myself better, to avoid Crashes in my #PEM symptoms and worsening #Dysautonomia.

#VisibleHealth has revealed improvement over time.

Now #EliteHRV seems to be doing the same πŸ™

As expected, a strong Parasympathetic Swing this Wednesday morning, following a very busy Monday. I knew as soon as I awoke, feeling relaxed and ready to jump out of bed and off to work...

#EliteHRV confirms very high RMSSD, PNN50 and MeanRR values and a very low Resting Heartrate πŸ‘‡

Readiness 3 out of 5. Parasympathetic Nervous System activity very highly dominant over Sympathetic Nervous System. Rest and Relax mode rather than Flight or Flight. Rest and Recovery strongly advised.RMSSD graph showing big jump up to 104ms this morning
