The historical sections are set in the Dark Ages just before AD536, possibly the worst year to be alive in human history. So only everyday lives. There is an entire Old English Epic Poem written about the Character Donovan, from before he shows up in the C21st.

D5. Some of the characters pass through a time vortex and find themselves in the middle of an English Civil War battle. This particular battle didn't really happen - I made it up - but I like to think the details of 17th century warfare are correct and compelling.

Not exactly. Lonely Ship's main time-traveller comes with a promise that *something* momentous is destined to occur within the pages of the book, but she won't say what. She also doesn't stick around in the past long enough to see it herself. But her friends aren't disappointed!

#TimeTravelAuthors Both of the doors had those old-fashioned glass doorknobs that were kind of diamond-shaped. The whole room might have looked kind of retro and classy during the daylight, but now it just looked spooky. If this place wasn’t haunted, some ghosts somewhere were really missing out.

3. Well... Is it important if it keeps happening? With infinite choices and infinite chances, everything that could happen does.
But when the time comes, they will know it's the lucky one.
