Time to harvest this year’s pumpkins at the #Allotment, and we are lucky to still have some courgettes and tomatoes to pick too.

There’s something truly magical about Salvia Blue in full bloom. These gorgeous deep violet flower spikes dancing against the soft blue sky bring a little burst of colour, calm and beauty to my front garden.

A couple of the outdoor pots still blooming.
Today’s #SixOnSaturday include a Canna, Hoverfly on a Hesperis, Hydrangea, Bellflower and two Geraniums.
Have a great weekend
Here are my #sixonsaturday photos. The anemone is from a root cutting so I'm thrilled with that. The blue spires appearing out of the grass like leaves is Lilly turf or liriope. Here's my link to my words n20gardener.com/2026/09/26/s... Happy gardening eveyone

Happy Saturday 🌞
Take a look at these gorgeous geraniums! With their brilliant shades of pink and red, they bring a little burst of happiness to the garden.
These are geraniums, nature's very own little pots of joy!
Happy Gardening everyone 🇬🇧🌱
Lots of passion in the garden today with 4 varieties of Passiflora in bloom - P. 'Marijke', P. 'Snow Queen', P. x belotii & P. 'Byte' #ukgardening 🌱
❄️ Frost Alert! ❄️
Potential for grass frost in some areas tonight.
In other insect news from my garden, the Large White butterflies (I think) have found my nasturtiums! Usually they find them a lot earlier but the plants have been poor this year with the drought/heatwaves.

...late in the day. Lovely pastel shades.
Bright barberries.
Today's supervisor who knows know fear and will happily catch insects from in front of my face.
What a long week. Thank goodness it's the weekend. I'm very lucky I get to have a rest in a peaceful country. I know many do not have that privilege, and they are in my thoughts.
Some lovely Friday things: more Cosmos showing themselves...
Gardens are not always about flowers, especially naturalist gardens like #GrosvenorSquare. Here we have ferns, Brunnera, Eurybia, Carex and Hackenchloa all working together. #FoliageFriday
Good Morning Bluesky Folks!
Apologies for the late post; it’s been a hectic morning. Anyway, here’s a photograph of a beautiful petunia flower I captured yesterday on my iPhone 17 Pro!
