@magical-trevor1.bsky.socialThis evening, we had the first of my winter squash from the #allotment, a variety called 'Mashed Potato' which I have not grown before. Split, de-seeded and then roasted for 30 minutes it has a texture like floury Potato and has a mild chestnut flavour. A delicious alternative to potatoes.
