🫙 Washed, brined, sliced, grated, whizzed and mixed up a load of ingredients fresh from the McTavish Manor Gardens.

I have a 🌶️ paste, mixed in all of the garden veggies, and then filled a jar that is now fermenting at room temp. for 24-48h.

Is neglect gardening a thing? I've had this sad tomato plant in a pot for ages, meaning to plant it, but never did. Then I broke the pot and planted it a bit thoughtlessly to prevent it from dying. And again forgot about it. This morning I noticed its first ever tiny tomato. #tomato #gardening

There was a terrace at Berkeley, under one of the great walls. It was a wide terrace, and it had been used to provide a herbaceous border. In the old days when many gardeners had been employed, staking and weeding, it probably made a good effect. Not so today. #gardening
