Poster 27 ticks most of my boxes as a #RWO study (but I was involved in helping @chloewaterson.bsky.social learn #Rstats to create it). Reporting #RWO for patients on 1L #enzalutamide including that patients who dose reduce don't do worse

The other #fruquintinib poster only describes toxicity. So here we have a drug that causes toxicity that doesn't quite live up to the trial outcomes. #RWO almost always say 'lower outcomes as expected in a real world population' - how much lower should we expect? For how much toxicity?

There is a reporting framework for #RWO so much like the #AI 'stuff' people could use ESMO Grow to make sure they report everything necessary. Here are my groups of thoughts on this theme of posters 👇🏻

As with my #AI 🧵from #BOPA2026 there is a Real World Outcomes #RWO/#RWE theme running through some posters. I notice people don't know where to put these - are they audit (but against what standard?), are they research (but are the results generalisable?) or should they have their own category?
