The other #fruquintinib poster only describes toxicity. So here we have a drug that causes toxicity that doesn't quite live up to the trial outcomes. #RWO almost always say 'lower outcomes as expected in a real world population' - how much lower should we expect? For how much toxicity?

The new drugs on the block always bring this kind of poster. No surprise to see not 1 but 3 #fruquintinib posters then (11, 54 and 56). Perhaps more surprising is that 11 and 54 *may* have some of the same patients in them! Neither achieve a mOS > 6mo a bit less than the trials.
