Presenting my work on real-world outcomes for patients with mHSPC treated with enzalutamide at #BOPA2026 this year.

If you've ever had doubts about the effect on outcomes of dose reducing, hopefully this will help to reassure! Patients on dose reductions did at least as well as those without.

Dare I ask if there is protected funding in secondary care. Should the Q have been sector agnostic?
Most of us were disappointed that the Cancer plan didn't recognise the increased pressure caused by the numerous new approvals.
