【KAMIHITO Today’s Word 2026.10.9】 ~ An Unbound Mind ~ If I were to sum up everything I wish to tell you in a single phrase, I would say this: “Do not be caught up in anything.” Not in the state of this tumultuous world, not in the words and judgments of others that cross and intertwine, not in the established ideas and notions handed down from the past, not in the emotions that rise and fall like waves each day, not in all the possibilities and anxieties that may arise in the future, not in the impermanence of encounters and partings that come and go in this world, …… Simply do not be caught up. Mina mina ureshi ureshi tanoshi tanoshi kawaru kawaru arigatai arigatai ai wo itadaki sashiage hirogaru◎ KAMIHITO 拝
