人間とは

我が身を顧みず他者を救う人と

Human beings reveal their true humanity for all to see precisely when they are pushed to their limits.

Those who always speak the truth, and those who lie to protect themselves.

Those who are swept along by the sense of security in numbers and side with the majority, and those who, unafraid of standing alone, hold firmly to their convictions even when they are in the minority.

Those who save others without regard for themselves, and those who readily abandon others for the sake of their own gain.

Those who keep supporting others even in hard times, and those who turn on them depending on which way the wind blows.

Those who bravely face difficulties from which there is no escape, and those who, overwhelmed by fear, turn their backs and run away.

In this world, there are many different kinds of people.

What matters is to accurately understand what kind of person each of us is now, without overestimating or underestimating ourselves; to sincerely ask ourselves, from this point onward:

The more one lacks the ability to discern the essence, the more easily one will continue to be swayed by outward show and falsehood.

Appearance, titles, age, educational background, income, the number of people, others’ evaluations, rumors......
No matter which choice you make while being misled by these things, in the end, the one who makes that decision is none other than you yourself.

What is truly good, and what is bad?
What is the truth, and what is a fabricated lie?
What is true happiness, and what is unhappiness?

The daily practice of questioning yourself and answering your own questions without fail, building up your experience, and refining yourself with your own hands is the unremitting effort without which there is no path to becoming genuine and able to discern truth from falsehood.

Envy, jealousy, resentment, grudges, bitterness, aversion, sarcasm……

These are words that refer to typical negative emotions people harbor toward others.

However, if one becomes caught up in these emotions and continues to be immersed in that state, one’s vessel of humanity will also become colored by the qualities that match the wavelength of those emotions, and will change in proportion to them.

What we focus on and what we think differ greatly from person to person; they are not the same for everyone.

That is precisely why the very fact that you choose which emotion to embrace and hold on to from among countless possibilities unmistakably reflects the state of your heart as it is right now.

If we kept eating nothing but sweet things, even the very emotion of our hearts trembling with “Delicious!” would gradually fade and become faint.

That is precisely why cooking is so deep and interesting: it is woven from diverse flavors—saltiness, sourness, spiciness, bitterness, and astringency, as well as strong and mild flavors, and even the range of sometimes finding things delicious and sometimes not tasty.

Isn’t it because of such ups and downs and contrasts that the joy of tasting a single bite of sweetness stands out all the more?

~ Training Within the Setting We Have Been Given ~

What, I wonder, is the purpose for which I was born into this world and exist?

The answer to that fundamental question is to experience all things, learn deeply, and transform ourselves.

In other words, we are born and live on this earth precisely to achieve the evolution of our souls.

The anguish that feels as though it tears us apart, the sorrow that brings tears that will not stop, the indignation with nowhere to go, the joy that makes our hearts leap, the warmth filled with tender affection, and the enjoyment that makes our hearts dance……
To experience firsthand all the changes in emotion and thought that we encounter, and, through them, to polish the vessel of our humanity, so that we may become beings who hold within themselves a greater and deeper heart of loving compassion—for this, all people who are alive are each undergoing precious training within the setting they have been given.

whether to wish for the realization of a “truly good world” where all living beings live in harmony and share happiness with one another,

or to wish for a “selfish world of domination” where others are subjugated for the sake of one’s own superiority and self-preservation.

The direction of Earth’s future is not entrusted solely to a select few in power.

It is the accumulation of the desires held by each and every Earthling living on this planet, and it is woven by the quality of the collective consciousness that we continue to send out each day.

普段関わり合う人を変えてゆくならば
自らの価値観もまた

見つめる世界の景色も未来のありようも
そのすべてが一変してゆくとも言えます

〜思い込みの出どころ〜

あなたがそのように思い込むようになったのは
かつてどこかで誰かに何かを告げられたこと
あるいは何かを目にし読まされたこと
何らかの扱いを受けたことが
最初のきっかけだったのではないでしょうか

その「誰か」は
一体どのような意図をもって
その言葉を放ち文章を綴り
行動に及んだのでしょうか

もしもその人物が
極めて私的で偏った感情や執着に駆られ
周囲を自らの都合に巻き込むために
起こした言動であったとしたら？

何が客観的な真実であるのか
その真偽を自ら追究しない限り
あなたはその人物の思惑に操られたまま
知らず知らずのうちに
都合よく誘導され続けることになるでしょう

物事の真相を見極めるためには
裁判の如く一方の言葉だけを鵜呑みにせず
必ず双方の言い分に対して
公平に耳を傾けなければ
真偽は決して分からないのです

~ Where Assumptions Come From ~

Perhaps the first reason you came to hold that assumption was that, somewhere along the way, someone told you something, or you saw or were made to read something, or you were treated in a certain way.

With what intention did that “someone” speak those words, write those texts, and carry out those actions?

What if that person, driven by deeply personal and biased emotions or attachments, spoke and acted that way to drag those around them in for their own convenience?

Unless you seek out for yourself what the objective truth is and whether something is true or false, you will remain manipulated by that person’s intentions, and without even realizing it, you will continue to be led in ways that suit them.

In order to discern the truth of things, just as in a trial, you must not blindly accept the words of only one side.
Unless you make sure to listen fairly to what both sides have to say, you will never know what is true and what is false.
