Longest run for a mth before tapering for Chippenham & abso loved this one!! Nice, fabby 8.5miles #6amclub into town & back & under my target pace as well; legs felt pretty good & new trainers were bouncy!! Happy days - now to chill! #runchat #running #training ❤️🏃‍♀️🥳🥳👞

Enjoyed a rather fabby #6amclub 5k run before heading to town to watch my Sam smash the very hilly Devizes 10k!! My legs felt amazing & I so need to keep doing the knee/quad exercises to stop the stiffness!! Feeling chuffed; good day! #ukrunchat #running #family ❤️🏃‍♀️
