A chilly road run before sunrise. Wore my hi-vis tabard for a brisk-ish 6.5K. Two lovely cats watched me go by. Also passed a man either sleeping or meditating in his car. (Was worried he was dead, but thankfully he changed position.) #Running #UKRunChat

Beautiful morning for a two rivers run in Aberdeen. Doing my long run today as I’ve got weekend plans. Found it very tough towards the end but 17 miles bagged and we move on. October is going to be the big miles month for the Alicante Marathon. #ukrunchat #running
