Tried out a Mission ILS in a driving scenario and learned something obvious.

Though the camera itself is tolerant to vibrations, a lens may not be. I had an instance of shaky video that I think came from the lens being affected by vehicle vibrations from driving conditions.

16°C this morning 🥵 but a fab sunrise over Liverpool . Knee behaving after the first half mile & pace was reasonable. Finished my audiobook so ended the run with 180bpm music. Monday miles always feel good

@sakura.intel GoPro footage of a Ukrainian MiG-29 Pilot in a high intensity situation. A unknown Russian Aircraft had fired multiple active radar missiles (likely R-77s), pushing the Ukrainian pilot 2 limits

Warm & humid this morning. Knee feeling better than yesterday, not perfect but able to pick up the pace a tad. Weekly mileage target exceeded, increasing my buffer for my annual target…but fun comes first

amzn.to/4xlByvw

So soon...

Welcome to Week 4 of posting footage from last winter every week until life looks like this again.

Knees just not feeling it and therefore a slow pace this morning. Not every run is fab but I find there are positives in almost every run - today it was getting out, beating the rain & behind ahead of plan.

Warm and humid this morning but thankfully it didn’t rain. New detective audiobook , borrowed digitally from the library, a 182bpm metronome beat and Foo Fighters’ Everlong playing in my head throughout.
