We may feel drained in some situations, but it could be due to past #trauma.

E.g., I used to find having disagreements with loved ones very #draining. This was because secretly I feared the negative consequences of those discussions, and that #fear drained me.

Felon Musk & Drumpf both horribly abused as children. Not all abused children turn out horrible but behind most all predators, abusers, and bullies is abuse. There’s a culture of abuse with many parents and in certain churches. It’s become a political movement.
