Things About Narcissists You Should Know
They use people to boost their ego and get what they want.
They discard you when you are no longer useful to them.
They rarely form genuine friendships- there is usually an agenda.
They often love bombing, devalue, and then discard.
They don't care about your feelings and never take responsibility.
They are often secretly jealous of you.
They may pretend to be charming and likeable, but it's a mask.
They play the victim and blame others to avoid accountability.
They exploit your kindness, use manipulation and guilt to keep control.
They can be arrogant, condescending, and believe they are always right.
Their biggest fear is being exposed for who they really are.

The benefit of thinking positively is not to be dismissed.
I'm a different person as a result of consistent hypnotherapy over the last year.
I was caught in a loop of negative self-talk due to C-PTSD which affected my self-esteem.
It's possible to move forward and like who you are.
