Rune doesn't eat, cos she's a computer. And canon establishes that Marcus is unimaginative about cooking. They'd probably shop the Core Worlds for some sort of fancy alien spice, then serve that on a veggie meal. Making sure, of course, not to use anything invasive to Earth!

Tabatha loves to bake. She would make an array of cupcakes elaborately decorated with frosting flowers, edible flowers, & edible paper 🦋. She makes hummingbird cake because woodland creatures ❤️ nuts & fruit. Then she'd have fruity teas & finger🥪

Nate rarely drank tea before he met Eric, but he'd probably serve chamomile tea (also to soothe his stomach wrecked by nerves).

This actually comes up in The Sacred Tree, which will be book 4 in my series (unless I decide to add another lol)

Delfini prepares a smoke-dried black tea (probably Lapsang Souchong) for a smoky flavor. Accompanied with savory cheese/ham finger treats and scones.
