これは今日食べた夕方メシ。豚こま肉とブロッコリーと茄子の和風パスタ。美味い。具材は茄子80g冷凍ブロッコリー60g豚こま肉100g麺110gオリーブオイル大さじ1ニンニクひとかけ。具材を炒めてほんだしと塩胡椒、茹で上がった麺と絡めながら醤油をふた回しして、炒り胡麻と刻み海苔を散らして完成。1日の野菜の推奨摂取量が350gらしいので、とりあえず140gこなしたことになる。あと210g、果たしてイケるか！？

これは今日食べた夕方メシ。エビとキャベツのアーリオオーリオ。美味い。オリーブオイルでニンニクの微塵切りをふたかけ分に火を入れて、冷凍エビとキャベツにも火を入れて塩胡椒と白だし少々とアンチョビペーストとで味付け、麺110gを茹でて絡めて黒胡椒と乾燥パセリ振って完成。エビがプリプリで完璧。最高でした。

so i forgot to take a picture of it in the pan,so took a picture of the container i put it in to put it away. anyways i had gotten kraft mac n cheese thick n creamy for a birthday present a few months back(yes it was a present. it was in my amazon wish list XD.) anyways i haven't been a huge fan of mac n cheese in awhile, so figured would also experiment with it. so i cooked it as normal so the boiling water, salt and the pasta. then when it was done i drained 95% of the water, but kept the rest. then i put it back on the heat with some more salt, some shredded mix cheese(idr what the blend was),then i took some cheddar brick cheese and manually shredded that into the pasta along with the cheese sauce packet they provide. then i added some butter, milk and some heavy whipping cream. there was also some burnt pieces in the pot that had the most flavor. i do plan on putting parmesan cheese on it when i eat it later, but didn't want that to sit on it right now. all in all i think it actually turned out really good 😋

It's true that sometimes the tastiest stuff just doesn't photograph well. This really delicious spinach and basil chicken rigatoni was spot on, looks very mid. Paired with a simple salad and lovely glass of white wine. 🍽️
