I usually know my plot, characters, beginning and ending first before I know the title.
My titles have even changed
Making Utopia was originally In Search of Utopia.
I struggled to find a title for my Peter Pan AU
So yeah I struggle with titles

If I couldn't write, I'd join Toastmasters again. That's where I developed the story telling bug. I'd still tell invent and tell stories. Spooky ones this time of year đ»đ
I hate naming things with a passion.
WIP 1 only got it's title officially like three (ish) weeks ago. I finished writing the first draft almost a year ago.
WIP 2 got its title for a pitch event & I think it'll stick?
WIP 3 I had the title before I started writing.
All get nicknames.

For Free Friday, I like to share my new villain; Jean-Francois Mordaunt, a sexual sociopath & predator from Antebellum Louisiana. He's a combo of Tom Ripley & Cathy Amesđ§”1/?
If, for some reason, you could never write again, what would you do instead? I would probably get into photography more #writingq #WritingCommunity
Writers, do you know the title before you start writing?
Or do you finish the entire damn thing and then stare at âUntitledâ like it has personally betrayed you?
I need to know which camp is winning.

Some of my Historical fiction WIPs mention Molly Houses
Which were both a gay bar and a brothel. A secret meeting place for Achillean men
*Achillean being the male equivalent of Sapphism
Helena! Gots to get myself a carnival mask, a lab coat to dirty up a bit, and a commission a cool prosthetic mechanical arm. A prop revolver at my hip. And alcoholism? I'm sold! :D
What is your favorite place that youâve created for a story? I made up Little Sicily in a fictitious city thatâs based on my familyâs old neighborhood in New Jersey #writingq #WritingCommunity

In Otherworld, there's the Barren Waste & the Suty Sands
A cotton shirt, trousers, black boots, and a cloak with a hood.
A belt and sword at my waist.
Raven is a lot of me, it's not hard to dress like her.
Readers would know straight away.

I think the only character Iâd be able to pull off even remotely convincingly is Rodgier, even if my hair is the wrong color.
Stately robes of office and a general regal attitude should be enough to get by. The main giveaway would be his crown, so it should be easy to figure out!
I'd choose Japhet from Foreign Sorcerer, altho he is 8 inches taller than me. He's always wearing a waistcoat with matching cravat and a stickpin that matches his coat's buttons. Gleaming knee-high leather boots. He also has 19 orange sapphire studs in his left ear so... pretty obvious
