After Scranton, the bus headed to Bethlehem! County Exec Tara Zrinski kicked us off, and patients, health care workers, & advocates shared stories of how the “Big Beautiful Bill” has negatively impacted their health, those they care for, and their work. (2/3)

Our resilient traveling lemonade stand! Shout out to our partners at @momsrising.org, these pop-up events were a dynamic opportunity to connect with people on the ground and share how decisions made by Congress are affecting access to and the cost of health coverage, groceries, child care, & more.

Rep. Fitzpatrick may have voted “no” on the final HR1 – which made devastating cuts & changes to Medicaid and the ACA – but he was the one vote that helped the original bill pass. He serves as co-chair of the Problem Solvers Caucus and a member of the House Ways and Means Health Subcommittee. (2/3)

Mary and her husband live in Bucks County, and they hoped to be retired, but he just had to take on a part time job - and it’s still getting harder and harder to make ends meet. Health insurance premiums are doubling, and other costs keep going up too! (1/3)

Last week, we brought community together in Pittsburgh’s Hill District for a nonpartisan election protection training with @popdemoc.bsky.social!

Attendees left better prepared to protect voting rights, fortified with reliable information and deeper connections with neighbors 💪
