(5/5): So we’ve been taking the receipts directly to communities across PA.
Talking to people. Sharing their stories. Putting voting records in plain language.
And making sure Pennsylvanians see the difference between promises about affordability & actual votes.

"We’re putting campaign promises next to voting records, and those votes next to what families are experiencing across Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvanians can see the record for themselves," said Felicity Williams, Executive Director of Pennsylvanians Together In Action.

Maine marketplace health insurance costs are up 27.7% in one year. Child care can cost $16K+ annually. Nursing home care can top $178K.
Care is economic infrastructure. If we want an affordable Maine, we need to invest in the care people depend on.

This week, we met in Yorktown to address the rising cost of living. We called on Rep. Rob Wittman to address the growing costs of childcare, housing, and groceries as well as cuts to essential benefits that are hurting working families, seniors and children.
On Monday, we joined with Reset Inc. to call for action on affordability. As rising costs make it harder for working families to afford groceries and childcare, we need leaders who will put Virginians first.

Last year, Republicans gutted funding for food aid and healthcare programs that working folks rely on, just to give rich donors a tax cut.
Now, millions of families are skipping the doctor and sending kids to school with empty stomachs.
It's time to hold the GOP accountable.

A final NO does not erase the first YES — or lower anyone’s health care bill. Tell Fitzpatrick: use your influence and deliver results on affordable health care.

Rising costs are squeezing American workers’s budgets—and paychecks aren’t keeping up.
PA's current minimum wage? $7.25/hr, or $2.83 for tipped workers.
3 out of every 4 Americans say their incomes aren’t keeping up with inflation. #ThePriceIsHigh www.cbsnews.com/news/incomes...
🍋 PA families are feeling the squeeze! Gas, groceries, childcare, utility bills - it's all going up.
We brought our traveling lemonade stand to Fridays w/o Fitzpatrick to talk about affordability & how cuts to health care are raising costs for families.

Childcare now costs more than college in every state, and costs more than a mortgage in nearly every state.
Trump and Republicans campaigned on lowering costs for young families, but failed to do anything about their single biggest budget line item.
Moms are on the ground in PA with our pop-up lemonade stand highlighting how 'moms are feeling the squeeze' when it comes to gas, groceries, health care, child care, and more. We're putting leaders like Brian Fitzpatrick and Scott Perry on notice: we have the receipts!
(3/3): Langhorne was one stop.
We’re continuing this work across #Pennsylvania to put affordability front & center & hold elected officials accountable for decisions affecting our communities.

That's on top of Trump's Big, Ugly Bill that robbed over 5 million people of food assistance and millions of health care — all to give billionaires tax breaks.
We're continuing to sound the alarm on how Republican policies are causing sky-high prices and impacting our communities.
Gas. Groceries. Healthcare.
Trump and Congressional Republicans swore they'd cut costs, but since they took office, prices for all of these basic needs (and more!) have soared.
It's time to tell the GOP: talk is cheap. The cost of living isn't.
Over 1/2 of all Americans struggled to pay for gas & groceries this summer. Instead of cutting costs and ensuring families stay fed, Congress gutted SNAP to pay for tax giveaways to the ultra-rich. A hunger crisis is unfolding while billionaires enjoy their biggest tax windfall ever
