Deliberately hitting someone with a car is a use of deadly force.

In New Bedford and Fall River, ICE has ripped apart families, disrupted schools and businesses, and deliberately created a climate of fear. It’s reckless and it does nothing to keep our communities safe. We will continue to protect immigrant rights and hold ICE to account.

ICE is terrorizing the immigrant community of New Bedford, MA. Fear does not make this country great. Violence does not make our communities safer. And the systematic hunting down of immigrants is a moral stain on the soul of this country.
