If that psychological profile is accurate, how do you think it influences his approach to summary reversals? For instance, would a red-leaning jurist with that mindset be more inclined to push for a summary reversal if they believed a blue-state circuit was setting a dangerous precedent?

Thank you so much for the repost @ncresident10.bsky.social!

We appreciate any insights on the likelihood of SCOTUS overturning a current dangerous First Circuit overreach...

Thank you so much for the repost @papillonjaune77.bsky.social!

We’d love to hear your thoughts: what are the odds the conservative bloc steps in to stop a miscarriage of justice engineered by the First Circuit itself? Let us know your take on the chances. āš–ļø #SCOTUS #LawSky #LawProfs #Legal

Does anyone think SCOTUS would summarily reverse a blue-state circuit committing fraud? #SCOTUS

Quick question: Have you ever seen SCOTUS use summary reversal to police a blue-state circuit committing outright fraud? Since the unwritten 6-vote custom requires a supermajority to reverse summarily, what are the odds the conservative bloc agrees to stop it?

To your point on unprecedented territory: Have you ever seen SCOTUS use summary reversal to police a blue-state circuit committing outright fraud? Since the unwritten 6-vote custom requires a supermajority to reverse summarily, what are the odds the conservative bloc agrees to stop it?

No argument on the brutal history of colonialism and debt extraction (like the 1860s Mexican intervention). But that underscores the point: flattening complex global economics and centuries of labor evolution into a romanticized "guillotine catchphrase" ignores how systems actually work.

@seekingsolidarity.bsky.socialSep 28, 2026, 2:20 PM

āš ļø To the claim "They don't let you have unions," France's most disruptive modern protests—like the Yellow Vests—are completely grassroots. They deliberately bypass traditional trade unions because workers felt left behind by the establishment. French real labor history is more complex. Not a meme.

@seekingsolidarity.bsky.socialSep 28, 2026, 2:10 PM

The French Revolution actually led to laws that banned trade unions and strikes (Le Chapelier Law of 1791). France’s modern strike culture was built on late-19th-century union organizing, not the guillotine. French workers had to fight for the legal right to strike nearly a century later in 1864.

We totally agree with @prospero53.bsky.social.
āš ļøThe claims in this Sept. 27th post of @ebisback.bsky.social are highly exaggerated, historically romanticized, and factually misleading!

P.S. Be mindful that the Harvard FAS Dean at the time was Claudine Gay, who, like Oxman, committed plagiarism in her PhD dissertation. (See www.thecrimson.com/article/2023...)

Regarding Fryer, Harvard’s internal investigation concluded in July 2019 that he engaged in unwelcome sexual conduct toward multiple individuals, fostering a hostile work environment. As a result, Harvard placed him on unpaid leave followed by probation. (See www.harvardmagazine.com/2019/07/harv...)

"'In the aftermath, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of support I received from the student community,' the plaintiff told The Sun." The survivor we stand with has faced the same isolation, while we've been completely ostracized. Shockingly, our search for legal help continues to yield naught.

A delicate pencil sketch portrait of a young girl's face with large, dark, intricately detailed eyes and a soft, slight smile. Her wavy hair is pulled back, with soft wisps and short bangs framing her forehead. The sketch is rendered on a light off-white paper, which is overlaid on a decorative background featuring a repeating pattern of orange and gold-toned flowers. The image contains several overlays: a prominent white translucent watermark across the center that reads "Copyrighted Human Made", a URL at the very top reading "https://spot.fund/ArtHopeSurvivor", a small QR code in the bottom left corner, and a small yellow-bordered tag in the bottom right reading "Ā©#10_JY".

Spot on. International students truly are the lifeblood of Higher Ed worldwide. And the systemic exploitation they face—exorbitant rents, wage theft, IP theft, etc. by weaponizing their immigration status—remains a massive issue that mainstream media across the political spectrum completely ignores.

A detailed botanical illustration rendered in a fine pencil-sketch style, positioned vertically in the center. The sketch depicts a central plant stem showcasing a cluster of elongated, dangling seed pods or hanging blossoms along its upper half, and several narrow, heavily textured leaves spreading out at the base. The illustration is set against a solid, light sage green background. A prominent, semi-transparent white watermark text runs diagonally across the drawing, reading "Copyrighted" on the top line and "Human-Made" on the line below it.
The entire sage green panel is enclosed within a thick, stylized border featuring a repeating geometric chevron and triangular pattern in alternating earth tones of mustard yellow, dark brown, and cream. In the top right corner of the green panel, a stark black-and-white QR code sits next to a small, centered web address at the very top edge reading "https://spot.fund/ArtHopeSurvivor". In the bottom right corner of the drawing, near the base of the leaves, a small green text identifier reads "Ā© #02_VG".

1. A Court of Appeals erased a timely, unfinished brief, issued a secret panel default judgment on an unripe consolidated civil case, and failed to notify the appellant.
