@demwomencaucus.bsky.socialThe Hyde Amendment blocks federal funds from being used for abortion care. This means women on Medicaid have to pay for abortion care out-of-pocket, making access to abortion dependent on economic status. The Hyde Amendment is discriminatory, and it’s past time we repeal it.
