Color Jam has funded! We're so, so excited about making this coloring game a reality. Thanks to everyone for sharing, supporting, and helping this exist! And a major thanks to the incredible game designers Gene Koo and Joe Kell, as well as artist Erin Laue. You all made this something truly special.
At 3pm ET today, we're going to be live with @panda8ngel.bsky.social to play some Color Jam! Oh gosh, I still gotta pick which colors I'm going to use! 🤔🎨
Hope to see you there!
Damn this is incredible, perfect essence!
Tomorrow~

The Color Jam Kickstarter is now live! 🖍️ We're very excited by the design work Gene Koo and Joe Kell put into this game, along with the beautiful art by Erin Laue, and are honored we get to share it with you. We can't wait to see the incredible art you make through this cozy, puzzle-y game.
Would you follow me if I were a worm
It's almost time to Color Jam! This cozy, puzzle-y coloring game by @stickydoodler.bsky.social and Joe Kell launches on September 22nd.
Trying to get your favorite colors in the right spots is harder than it looks! We can't wait to see your cool art. 🎨
It's wild how fun Big Walk is given you're just lil guys getting lost and solving team exercises together.
I think it would probably have some legacy aspects or something so players have an opportunity to fix the incentives or something, but I feel like the incentives are key to the broken system as it is.
I wish I had time to learn how to make a train game for it!
Also this would take place in America so there's no chance you get indicted.
Well if the game has you adopting the role of greedy capitalists, you'd be trying to get the most money, which you'd get from donations from contractors that you gain the favor of by giving contracts and expanding their budgets. So you *could* finish the railway, but it would be a losing strategy.
Rayroads looks very close to what I was thinking, but I get the impression that you actually build the railway into space as life flickers out. When the sun finally dies I expect the California high speed rail project to still be far from even halfway done.
We could call it a 20XX train game
I might have to, but I'd have to figure out satire first.
Me too! I might just have to design it if it doesn't exist!
Has anyone made a train game about capital using a wildly popular high speed rail project as a vehicle for transferring tax dollars to political ally contractors, ensuring the railway never finishes so they can milk it for eternity? Or are you always incentivized to actually finish the trains?
Listening to cursed relationship drama while drinking my tea, aromantically.
Sounds like ur cooked!
Omigosh, sending you all the positive vibes and wishing you all the luck
