Took part in the Run the River 10K set up by Edmonton Running Club, along the River Lee in Lee Valley. Maybe the best organised event I’ve been to. Brilliant marshalls. A beautiful route. Managed not to fall in the canal and got my third fastest ever 10K time. #Running #UKRunChat #RunTheRiver
