Bruna does the bill. Behind her are jars on shelves in the coffee bar and cafe in the small Sussex town where she works. On the counter, packets of coffee, bottles of wild blackberry vinegar and a sign reading: ORGANISED: BEEF PRODUCT COMPLETE NUTRTION ADD TO COFFEE OR HOT CHOCOLATE £1.87. Another sign warns of food allergies. Bruna has a slight smile on her face as she operates the computerised till. Her arm is heavily tattooed . I asked permission to photograph her and she said she didn't normally like having her portrait taken. I think it works nicely. Camera: iPhone 15 Pro.
