I am no animator, but if I was, I'd wanna animate this scene. As it is, I'll settle for making it a comic...thing! Maybe one day I'll get into animation 🤔🤔

1. "Don't your (opera) rules forbid women from entering backstage?"
2. "But An-mei, you're not a human."
3. "..."
4. "Hong-ge's attitude didn't actually soften that much after marriage, huh."

Draw the fic scenes you don't wanna write!

TL:
Using 甲狗文 (Oracle bone script, but the 骨which means bone is replaced with 狗 which means dog; how the Chinese fandom refers to Laogou's invented symbols) to write a ransom note

Why WLG stopped sending dogs to pick up medicine from Youan:

Consequences of not sleeping early 💀

This was very fun to draw!

Aye! It's Fo Ye's boi, Zhang XiaoYu (Wang Zu Yi)! I guess that's why he hasn't been home this whole time, he's been off helping the #MysticNine!

The Nine Gates Heads as a number chart! This was so fun to draw, and I'm happy they all came out so distinct ❤️

September Drama Review 🏈
Out of all the dramas I watched this month these were stand outs for me & worth a recommendation, if you are interested or haven't already seen them.

I can tell by the poster it's not for me lol. That said, when I started on #MysticNine for the ML & didn't care about any of the other characters, I wound up caring about all of them.

ถ้าคุณแน่ อย่าแพ้แป๋ว 🥺✨

So incredibly happy with how this Zhang Qishan and Liu Youan piece turned out! Took less work than I estimated and turned out so much better than I thought it would!

Also attached my sheet of refs that I was staring at while drawing!

Aye! I was just watching #MysticNine and questioned who exactly is having to run through to light all the candles in these dramas! This has always frustrated me, and here I finally got the answer.... it's Ai Mi. She's the one responsible for all that work in the dramas!

Thought about Yatou and Youan for a while, and then ended up writing this!

Decided to draw a lil something for this! Youheng carrying MC, because MC is incredibly cute 🥰

(Also I think my tablet screen is broken because the colour looks completely different there?? Crazy.)

Completed the 2026 #cdrama #MysticNine. Excellent! They did a great job of continuing the story even after 10yrs since #TheMysticNine. I never realized how much of the #dmbj universe I've actually seen without knowingly trying to. Thinking about finding a order list & doing the whole thing
The End.

And there was much rejoicing, YAY!!!
