A human-cultivation and regenerative-medicine institute within the ARK healthcare network, overlooking the rain-soaked NEXUS Gigacity. On the left, full-body cultivation chambers intended for personality and memory continuity are enclosed by milky privacy membranes, revealing only indistinct adult silhouettes. On the right, researchers monitor sealed bioreactors used to grow transplant tissue and replacement organs. In the central consultation area, a patient and their family receive guidance from a physician, a memory-continuity specialist and a bioethics officer. Full-body cultivation, organ regeneration, memory data and family consultation are physically separated and operated under strict consent procedures and human supervision.

Inside the Memory Garden of an ARK personality-continuity centre overlooking the rain-soaked NEXUS Gigacity, a woman whose memories and personality have been inherited by a renewed young body is reunited with her daughter and granddaughter. Behind her, an archive wall preserves images from childhood, school, marriage, parenthood, work and old age. The granddaughter holds a photograph of the woman in her former elderly body, while the daughter recognises a familiar gesture in the young woman before her. In the reflecting pool, her renewed appearance overlaps with the older face preserved in the archive, raising the question of whether personality continuity represents eternal life—or the birth of a perfect successor.
