A hummingbird with its head turned to the left and its beak drinking nectar from the base of a yellow flower (among many yellow flowers and green stems). I think this is a young male Costa's hummingbird with its white underside and small black spots on the chin. He has black spots on the underside of his tail, a green back, and his black wings are in motion and their translucence allows a blue/gray light to pass through. Behind him are circles (bokeh) of blue sky and green leaves.
