Daytime scene overlooking a tidal strait in a nautical City during a big weather event; the "nor-easter" is causing flooding and damage with its heavy winds, as well as rough seas and limited vvisibility for sailors; the green trees in the foreground sway wildly as the skyline of the island across the water is barely visible, despite being fairly close; surprisingly, the NYC Public Ferry is running in this weather, bravely navigating the storm and getting passengers safely to their destinations.

Daytime scene overlooking a tidal strait in a nautical City during a big weather event; the "nor-easter" is causing flooding and damage with its heavy winds, as well as rough seas and limited visibility for sailors; the green trees in the foreground along the riverside park sway wildly as the skyline of the neighborhood just down river from here is barely visible, despite being fairly close; surprisingly, some heavy barges are still working down the waterway in this weather, bravely navigating the storm and getting cargo to its destination.
