Late afternoon scene at a tidal estuary in an insular City, facing across the water at a municipal waste management facility that packs all the City's runbish into shipping containers which are loaded onto barges and taken somewhere; a large, handsome, red and white tugboat is docked and ready for its next mission; it takes a very big tugboat because the barges are enormous due to the staggering amount of trash this City produces; a giant loading gantry on the platfprm pier has the words "NYC Sanitation" painted on its arms; the waters are high but quite calm and the sky in the distance is clear and slightly dimmed in preparation for Saturday night.

Daytime scene overlooking a tidal strait in a nautical City during a big weather event; the "nor-easter" is causing flooding and damage with its heavy winds, as well as rough seas and limited vvisibility for sailors; the green trees in the foreground sway wildly as the skyline of the island across the water is barely visible, despite being fairly close; surprisingly, the NYC Public Ferry is running in this weather, bravely navigating the storm and getting passengers safely to their destinations.
