Late afternoon - early evening scene overlooking a large expanse of salt water flowing through a tidal estuary in a breezy City, facing south to the neighboring borough on the other side; one of the City's newest skylines is formed by these glass skyscrapers that are astoundingly expensive; smaller, natural islands lie in between the two larger land masses of the City boroughs as an ominous and dark gray sky looms overhead, but sunlight infiltrates the scene from the east, which is strange for the evening and causes an interesting lighting composition for the scene.
