Last one for #julikeithot2026

Dream Time

Short story in Alt

#artistscommunity #fantasyart #luciddreams #dreams #landscapes #clocks #julikeithot2026lucid #julikeithot2026 #julikeithot #clockart #rivers #streams #trees

A picture of a young woman sailing downstream in a red teacup. She’s surrounded by black clocks with shadows on the right hand sides of their faces. The time on all of the clocks is 2 o’clock. In front of each clock there are 2 trees. One on the left & the other on the right all in a repeating pattern. STORY In the freezing cold air of a late autumn night, she dreams of sailing through crystal clear waters. It isn’t a ship that she sails in though. It’s a teacup. She’s just sailing along smoothly. Just drifting along. Nothing seems to bother her. Not even the clocks surrounding her landscape cos even time only exists in her subconscious mind

Called away on a secret mission, he left his spell books behind….

Book Magic

#artistscommunity #julikeithot2026books #julikeithot2026 #julikeithot #fantasyart #aiart #castles #books #halloween #spellbooks #magic

In the foreground is an open book with the page it’s open at marked by a bright red bookmark. On the left of the open book are 2 smaller books, along with a few other odds & ends. Behind the open book are 2 larger books. Both are stacked one on top of the other & kept in a decorative bookcase with a huge abstract carving on top of it. Behind the carving is a castle surrounded by planets & moons & looking a bit Harry Potter-ish (which is why my 1st thought was of witches, wizards & all other magical things) The open book sits on top of a wooden worktop of some kind. The worktop looks battered & old

Finally wrapping up #julikeithot2026 now. It’s been a long hard challenge this year but well worth it!

No #ai for this one. Back to my usual digital stuff.
Beyond this horizon lies a universe filled with dreams

She stands alone among the embers of her dying world, watching everything she ever knew being consumed in flames

The Lost World

#julikeithot2026triangle #julikeithot2026 #artistscommunity #aiart #fantasyart #triangles #ai

A picture of a triangle somewhere in the mountains. The triangle is on fire. It’s engulfed in flames of red & gold with smoke in different shades of grey & turquoise drifting over the mountains. In the triangle stands a castle. The castle looks pretty imposing against the turquoise sky. The entrance to the castle is lit with orange light. A young woman stands on the bridge that leads to the entrance.

Wasn’t planning on finishing #julikeithot2026 with #aiart but I’ve ended up having to do it cos I’ve got loads going on at the minute BUT I DON’T WANT TO FAIL THIS CHALLENGE!!!

Anyway, I’m pretty happy with this one 😃

A Warrior’s Spirit

A brave warrior stands tall & proud & ready for action outside a castle in a fantasy world. The warrior is tall with long silvery hair, holding an orangey-coloured blade in one hand. Beneath the warrior are several objects (weapons etc….) in different shades of grey, blue & magenta. Around the objects are some green lights

Didn’t have time to create anything myself for this prompt so I thought I’d ask #ai for help. I’m pretty happy with this one 😃

Blue Coral Reef

#aiart #julikeithot2026coral #julikeithot2026 #julikeithot #coralart #coralreef #coral

A picture of a coral reef in a deep blue ocean. If you look at the top of the picture you can see the sun’s rays shimmering through the ocean. They’re in different shades of blue, from the deepest aquamarine to a kind of whiteish blue. The organisms themselves are different shades of pink, purple, orange, blue & white. There are 2 reasons why I decided to use AI for this one instead of drawing my own picture. The main reason is that I’ve had a lot going on lately, so I didn’t have time to do what I originally wanted to do for this prompt. Using AI saved me a lot of time. The 2nd reason is that I noticed that AI has been in the news again. People are scared of it. Rightly so in my opinion cos if it’s not used properly & it ends up in the wrong hands who knows what could happen?? If it’s used properly though, I think AI can be a very useful tool. Like pens, pencils & paper, it’s a very handy tool. We just need to make sure it doesn’t get out of control

Both top & shorts are white with a black polka dot pattern. If you look closely at the top & shorts, you’ll see that the dots on them are large. I used Sharpies for the weights & the werewolf’s nose & a black Papermate pen for the rest of the pictureA black & white ink drawing of a werewolf doing a little bit of weightlifting.
