Another 21.1km down. A new half PB.

Still in the ‘never again’ mindset, but I’m sure that will change soon. If nothing else, I’m a glutton for punishment… and a new medal/tshirt 🤣

Well done to all those taking part in #GreatScottishRun through Glasgow today - we even managed to spot our Rebel Runner and got an “Extinction” (to which we replied “Rebellion”) yelled out by another runner 🏃‍♂️

Another day, another run. 223m elevation gain over 10km… well, I did want some hill training. 😵
