Last weekend I was raving about the cooler #FallRunning weather showing up, haha. So today it was 96F 🥵 here in the SF Bay Area , even hotter in SoCal. So I cut might run today to 5.82 miles 🏃‍♀️🏃 Still a good workout ❣️🌞🤙

A nice #FallRunning trek over a favorite route at #AlmadenQuicksiver Park we call the #GuadalupeReservoir loop. 4.94 miles, 541' elevation gain. No #MountainLions, but some #BlacktailedDeer 🦌 Flowering #VirginsBower and #CoyoteBrush ❣️🌞🤙

Out on the #LosGatosCreekTrail today for a Sunday jaunt. 6.52 miles. Was expecting #FallRunning to be starting, but actually still clear and warm after overcast burns off. In #ElNino years, we usually get hit pretty hard on the #WestCoast. We shall see! 🏃🏃‍♀️🌞🤙
