I gained all but 2lbs of the weight I lost at the Sanctuary back. I’m still actively trying to get put on a GLP1, probably Zepbound because it is also approved to treat sleep apnea, which I have, and apparently my insurance won’t approve a GLP1 just for weight loss. I know I’m not completely innocent in gaining that weight back. But it’s also very hard for me to lose weight in the middle of severe medical trauma. Almost everything I have done to self soothe sabotages either my spiritual growth, my finances or my physical recovery. Nursing homes aren’t built to support personal autonomy, which makes the survival mode over been in for years even harder to navigate. Please keep the prayers coming. I love you all.
