The evidence can show someone leaving, deleting messages, shaking, staying calm.
But it can’t show you the thoughts inside their head.
And in a criminal case, that thought might be exactly what has to be proved.

An investigation often produces far more material than a courtroom gets to see.

You need to ruin your own case.
... before the courtroom does it for you.

Try to prove yourself wrong.
Change course if you need to.

WHAT'S BEYOND THE SCREENSHOT?

A single screenshot can make a case look simple.

But the most important part is often what was left out.

Once you see the rest of the conversation, that impression can change completely.

By the time a criminal defence solicitor walks into court, the hard part is often already over.

A strong defence does not start in the courtroom.

The outcome often depends on the work nobody sees.
