🍲 I’ve made quite a few recipes from Anna Jones’ “Easy Wins” already this year - some pictured below, others I couldn’t fit in - with plenty more still to do.

🍳 Made a 🧅🥔🥚 Tortilla with a Spring Onion & Cherry Tomato salad on top.

There was a tense moment in the middle as it involved a pan, a plate and a flip 🫣 which fortunately did not go wrong 😮‍💨

I reckon it came out okay as I demolished a portion! 😋
