Suisen-ji is the final temple on the Chichibu 34 Kannon Pilgrimage. After finishing their journey, pilgrims purify themselves at a dripping cave behind the Kannon Hall. It is said that the temple was named because entering the cave feels like diving underwater.

Enyu-ji Temple's Iwai-do, built in 1205, is an inner sanctuary modeled after Kyoto's Kiyomizu-Dera Temple. Legend says the famous priest Kobo Daishi sensed its strong spiritual energy during his pilgrimage, setting up an altar among the rocks to practice asceticism.

2024年豊臣秀長が大河ドラマの主人公になると発表され、拝観者が急増したが、当時の春岳院は老朽化が進んでおり、大勢の参拝者を受け入れられる状態ではなかった。
そこでクラウドファンディングで本堂と庫裏の修繕、建て替えにかかる費用を募り、2025年2月から約1年かけて大規模修理を行った。
本尊の阿弥陀如来などの仏像も見て回れるように通路も整備されている。

春岳院(大和郡山市)
大和郡山市にある高野山真言宗の寺院。豊臣秀長の菩提寺。
創建年代、開基は不明だが、鎌倉時代の石造塔が現存することから鎌倉時代中期に創建されたとする説がある。 当初は「東光院」と称したが、豊臣秀長の菩提寺となって以降は、その戒名から春岳院と号するようになる。 秀長の肖像画や御朱印箱及び箱本制度史料が伝わる。 宝永八年(1711)再建の護摩堂だった建物が現在の本堂になっている。

八劔神社の別当寺。諏訪観音札所22番の寺院で、宗派は真言宗智山派。
