Finally got views of a #LytchettBay Grey Plover that I have been hearing for a week! Flew into French’s with 4 Lapwing and 13 Redshank
Also Green Sand, Greenshank and a handsome female Marsh Harrier

Some photos of the four Water Rail that were feeding in the open in the same area of #LytchettBay View, 16-09-2026 around 8am. Definitely the highest number I have seen 'together' (two were in one area and two about 10m away)!

This Curlew with a yellow flag '5T' was released at Peppering in West Sussex on 10-8-2025 as part of the 'headstarting' project. Seems to like #LytchettBay, as this is the second autumn it has visited.
