Lu‘s second attempt, with less tumeric and more salt in the rice. We learned that a chicken broth cube should be crushed and sprinkled in rather than left whole, because you might get intense brothy patches otherwise.

Instead of sticking to salmon sashimi, I marinated mixed fish today!
Salmon had a strong flavor, so I assumed swapping the fish would make a huge difference.
Surprisingly, the differences were not that much.
