#Patriarchy is still omnipresent. Women's contribution to procreation is denied: 'he impregnates her'. As if she were an incubator, carrying his semen. Sperm aren't semen. There is no fertilization either. Its a fusion, and the egg decides which sperm it fuses with.

One accepts the “process” as being what is all important. It is not the goal that is crucial, authorities are not needed, one cannot do it for anyone else.
