For folks with #Dysautonomia, heat is heat is heat 🥵 BUT, with that said, do you find one to be worse than the other? I think they equally suck 🫠 (I have lived in humid and dry climates.)

Dry = higher UV exposure + higher chance for cancer

Had another couple of hours' sleep; it's now 09:44 on Saturday morning and I thought my KubiosHRV morning check-in might have improved.

Quite the opposite: and I took 3 similar readings just now.

This #LongCovid #Dysautonomia #PEM is frustrating in its control of my life.

I feel great! Now lacking the mild muscle aches and weakness in my feet and legs that surfaced for a couple of days 🙏

This #LongCovid #dysautonomia is a powerful Master, but at least I've avoided a severe Crash in #PEM symptoms by spotting the Parasympathetic Swing 5 days ago...
